Planning for better access

Planning for access presents a range of benefits for people with disabilities and the wider community including seniors, people with young children and people who may not speak English.

Appropriate planning for access can often be done at little additional cost or impost if adopted as part of the general planning process.  Planning for access is a legislative requirement for new building work or renovation work.
