Non-Government schools

Catholic schools

The Catholic Education Office of Western Australia supports the philosophy of inclusion of children with special needs. The principal of the local school will be able to discuss enrolments. Schools are listed in the White Pages under Schools - Non Government.

Independent schools

Independent schools all have their own enrolment policies. If you wish to enrol your child in an independent school you will need to discuss your child's particular needs with the principal. Schools are listed in the White Pages under Schools - Non Government.

Home schooling

If you wish to educate your child at home you must contact the local District Education Office of the Department of Education and Training so that arrangements can be made to assess the program that you choose for your child.
