Community Living Initiative

The Community Living Initiative (previously known as the Community Living Plan) aims to establish a broader range of alternative community living arrangements for adults, which are sustainable, culturally appropriate and outside the traditional models of accommodation. Each community living arrangement is ‘person-centred’ and emphasises key elements of a ‘home’ in the community and ‘a good life’ such as valued relationships, choice, contribution, security for the future and challenge.
