This directory will help you locate the Local Area Coordinator (LACs) in Perth and in regional areas throughout Western Australia. LACs assist people with disabilities and their families/carers to plan, organise and access supports and services. LACs provide local support to children and adults with physical, sensory, neurological, cognitive and/or intellectual disability who are under the age of 65 at the time they first apply for support.
Unfortunately, due to a systems upgrade, this directory will be unavailable until approximately 12 December 2009.
