Health and well-being—having a good life—is enhanced when people feel that they have the information they need to make informed medical and lifestyle decisions. Working in partnership with medical professionals is also important.

Activ library
The library has an extensive collection of books and videos in subject areas including health and wellbeing, relationships, and sexuality. 

Its Parent Portal also provides contact details for parent support groups, and resources on different syndromes and conditions.

Advance health directives
These are legal documents in which adults can set out in writing their decisions about future treatment (medical, surgical, dental treatment and other health care matters).

This State Government of Victoria website provides quality assured, relevant, and easy-to-understand information that is regularly reviewed.

Breast Cancer information
Breast Cancer Care WA is a WA charity that provides personalised emotional, practical and financial support and care to people affected by breast cancer.

Advice about the amount and kinds of foods that we need to eat for health and wellbeing.

Health Insite
This is a healthdirect Australia information service that provides access to quality information on health topics, wellbeing, conditions and diseases. Services available through healthdirect are wholly or jointly funded by federal, state and territory governments.

Government of Western Australia information on mental illnesses and services.

Raising Children Network
Provides information for parents of children with disability.
