These workshops have been specifically designed for anyone who cares for a family member or friend who has a disability, is frail aged or who has a mental or chronic illness.

Everybody’s Talking but Nobody’s Listening!

So many carers feel ignored or overlooked when it comes to talking. You may feel that everyone focuses on the person you care for
and don’t seem to want to hear how caring affects YOU! You may also find that the cycle of stress, fatigue and exhaustion associated
with caring can inhibit communication. This workshop explores the many feelings carers experience when communicating with others
and the strategies we can use to assist us.
