The Disability Research Network website provides information on research, reviews and evaluations related to disability in Western Australia. It will be of interest to researchers, students and service providers.

• Completed research projects as well as those in-progress or planned which can be searched or browsed. 
• A listing of local and national disability related seminars and conferences. 
• A noticeboard to make requests for assistance with research projects, to suggest research topics or to pose research questions. 
• Information on the ethical considerations which should be made when conducting research with people with disabilities including issues of consent. 
• Information on funding opportunities for disability related research.

This central focus to disability research activities aims to:

• improve access to research findings; 
• contribute to a greater understanding of disability issues; 
• provide an opportunity for the exchange of information; and 
• foster collaboration between researchers.
