Quality Assurance and Standards Monitoring
As part of the Disability Services Commission’s commitment to providing and funding quality disability services, all services are monitored for compliance against the Disability Services Standards. Conducting Self-Assessments and Independent Monitoring are two ways that the Commission evaluates the quality of services that it funds and / or provides. Detailed information on both of these activities, along with other information on how the Commission supports service providers to continuously improve services, can be found in this section.
