NDIS in WA Community engagement

The WA Ministerial Advisory Council on Disability, on behalf of the Minister for Disability Services, wants to hear from West Australians to get feedback on the National Disability Insurance Scheme in our State. Reviews and appeals

People with disability, their families and carers have the right to request a review of key decisions made by Local Coordinators.

If the person is dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal review process they have the right to request an appeal. For more information refer to the Reviewing and Appealing Decisions factsheet (below).
